You set the size and the budget. Choose exactly how many pieces (4 to 8), how many outfits (6 to 10), and how much you want to spend. Your budget filters brand quality: a lower spend pulls from accessible labels (ASOS, Topman, Mango); a higher spend unlocks heritage and premium brands (Arket, & Other Stories, Tommy Hilfiger, and beyond). A box typically has a top or two, a bottom, shoes, a layer, and one or two accessories. You see every individual garment with its brand, size, and price before you check out. Entry tier usually runs $200 to $300 plus a $25 concierge fee and shipping.

Each piece is chosen to combine with every other piece in the box. The math is multiplicative. Three tops and two bottoms gives you six outfit combinations on their own, and a layer or accessory doubles that. We curate for overlap, not variety: every piece earns its place by working with the rest.

After you pick a direction, you share your height, weight, and shoe size. Our AI takes your body measurements from your photo, then reads each brand's actual size guide directly from their product page and picks the right size in their chart for you. You see the recommended size for every item with a one-tap override before checkout.

14-day full refund. Reply to your confirmation email within 14 days of delivery and we'll handle the exchange or refund with the retailer for you. No awkward chargebacks, no restocking fees.

Photos are used to generate your wardrobe preview and to size you. They're never sold, never used to train models, never shared with third parties. Stored privately under your session and deleted on request.

The first 10 boxes are hand-packed by the founder personally. Each is sourced and shipped within 7 days. After the first 10, we open a waitlist for the next batch and use what we learn to tune sizing and selection.
